Why is it taking more than 3 daysfor Smush It Pro to do 82 images?

Hi, I've tried Smush it pro, but it still haven't fetched the results. Where is the problem? It's just 82 pictures! Even not big ones. I wanted to use it for my clients site with thousands of images but if it works like that I've better not to because he will have to wait for ages.
