Why is the Tweet Button smaller than the others?

Hi there, great plugin but the Tweet button is smaller than the FB G+ and LinkedIn buttons.

Your screen shots show all 4 buttons should be the same so not sure why when I installed it, there aren't either.

I use ShareThis account which is linked to my Twitter account, so maybe linked users see the smaller default one, than users who don't have a twitter account linked to ShareThis?

    Greetings Ian,

Thank you for this great question.

After applying the Pay with a Like to my test production server I cannot replicate the issue.

    I checked in IE9, Opera 12.0, and Firefox 13.0.1

As a matter of fact I have checked the home page as well as posts, therefore the issue appears to be with your site or possibly the browser since the information you have given does not mention a browser.

Please post the URL and also let us know what browser you were using or are using when viewing this anomaly.

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

    Hi Ian,

It seems that you are modifying the Twitter button using the filter hook or a javascript code. That code seems to be wrong. I mean not only the button size, but the Twitter html code is not correct either.

    <a onclick="javascript:pageTracker._trackPageview('/outgoing/twitter.com/share');" href="https://twitter.com/share" class="twitter-share-button external" 0="data-count='vertical'" 1="data-url='http://newreels.com/baitcasting-reel-videos'" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Tweet</a>

0="data-count='vertical'" 1="data-url= part is not correct at all.

Please check your custom code that is modifying the button.

Great spotting Hakan, all fixed now.

Sorry for not mentioning browser, however I had tried it in a number of them with the same results.

Thanks for checking the code, and yes it was another plugin that was the issue screwing up the code. Once I deactivated it, all the buttons appeared at the correct size

I was using "External Links" plugin that marks outbound links with nofollow, open in new window, etc options so it was breaking the Twitter code for some reason.

    Cheers, Ian
