Why is there extra space at the bottom of the pop-up?

When using an image in my pop over, I can’t seem to figure out how to get rid of the extra space under my image.

Can someone please help?

Thanks!

    Greetings tbreschi,

Thank you for the screen shot, it is certainly appreciated.

Could you please post the code you are using in the pop up?

Therefore we can look it over to try to figure out where the bottom grey space is coming from?

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

    Thanks for the quick response!

    <a href=&quot;walkthebaltiomredog.com/charleston-sc/&quot;><img class=&quot;alignnone size-full wp-image-219&quot; title=&quot;flyer_web_600&quot; src=&quot;http://www.walkthebaltimoredog.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/09/flyer_web_600.jpg&quot;/></a>

I'm also attaching another screenshot. It seems the space below inherits a different color sometimes. (white, in this case)

I'm also happy to provide access to my dashboard if that makes it easier.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks!

    Greetings tbreschi,

Thank you for the additional input, it is certainly appreciated.

I would suggest removing all the extra &quot; from your code and see what happens there.

    Please advise.

Thanks for getting back to me aecnu.

Unfortunately I'm still experiencing trouble with the space. I tried your code, and a stripped-down version of the code to no avail. I still see extra white space shown below my image. (screenshot 1)

Furthermore, I've noticed that the popup fails if there is text entered below it. (screen shot 2)

Are there any other compatibility issues that we could be facing here?

    Please advise.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Greetings Terry,

Thank you for your additional input, it is indeed appreciated.

I took the exact code I gave you above and though the editor changed the lines a little bit, when I it into my html editor Dreamweaver and into the pop up space on my test production server it indeed works flawlessly no space: http://aecnuwpmu.us/

Please make sure that in the HTML portion of the WYSIWYG editor in Pop Up that you do not have any spaces or lines after the code.

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe

    aecnu, thanks for your feedback.

I followed your advice but have yet to solve this issue. I’ve stripped my code down, and tried other images… but to no avail.

Furthermore, I’m seeing that the pop-up is not correctly displayed when rendered in other browsers. (in my case it will render in Chrome, but won’t render in Chrome when the browser is incognito!)

Could there be a compatibility issue?

Maybe a conflict with displaying JPG images?

    Something I’m not thinking of?

    Greetings Terry,

Thank you for your additional input, it is appreciated.

By the content of your last post, it appears that you missed my demonstration that it works just fine and there is no space, which I have reinstated – http://aecnuwpmu.us/

I had left my demo up for days.

I have just checked it again in Chrome this time, originally in FireFox, also IE9 and Opera, and it looks beautiful in all of them – absolutely flawless.

Please check my demo out and let me know if it indeed renders correctly in your browsers. I have no idea about “incognito” but admit I am new to using the chrome browser.

We will go forward from your disclosure of your test results.

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe
