Why isn't my support issue being worked on?

I am having an issue with this plugin but no one is addressing it for days. I was asked to grant support access and @ashok said he would have an "SLS" developer (I don't know what sls means) look at it. What's happening? Why am I paying for support?

    SLS stands for Second Level Support. They's basically the code gurus.
    I'm terribly sorry for the delay on that thread, on weekends there's fewer people working on coding issues, hence the delay.

    I have re-notified them about the issue you're having, they should be on your thread as soon as possible.
