Hey @Aaron, hope you're doing well today!

I'm not able to replicate this on my own Multisite install presently, it's possible that we may have run into a plugin conflict here.

Could I ask you to have a go at our basic troubleshooting flowchart, found at the bottom of our Getting Support page:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/getting-support/

Should that not turn up anything, I should note that I wasn't able to get into your site via the Support Access you granted, it gave me a "0" when I tried logging in. Would you happen to have a security plugin in place on your site?

If so, could you try disabling it, and then revoking & re-enabling Support Access to your site?

Also is this theme ok to use with ProSites?

Yep, you should be good using it with Pro Sites.

    Kind Regards,
    Michael

Hi, I am having the same problem. Ie. Every time I "swap" an image, change a text, move something around, etc. in the "upfront home of all Scribe, Spitrit and Fixer, after saving directly the element or region square, and then saving it in the left sidebar, when opening the page in another browser (not logged in) it shows the theme as it comes from the "box" with none of the changes applied...

Also, even if I save everything many times, when logging out or moving to other pages in the theme dashboard, it says taht the changes have not been saved and that i will lose all changes, which indeed happen.

I have installed, uninstalled, change order of installation, deactivate almost all plugins, try the 3 child themes, etc. and keep on having the issue.

I have activated SUpport Access as well.

    Thanks in advance, Carlos

    Thanks!
