Wiki Template

The default template is fine when on the Pages tab (this includes a sidebar where I can add the wiki widgets: pages, categories, tags). However, I want to specify a full-width template (no sidebar) when the user selects any of the other tabs; such as, Discussion, History, Edit, Create. Could you tell me how to do that? Thank you.

    Hiya @quint

    Welcome to the forums!

Wiki pages are virtual pages which depend on the template being used for the main wiki page. (This, I believe, is hard-coded in the plugin to fetch the default template.) Those virtual pages are created by appending a query string to the URL of the main page.

For example, when viewing the History tab, the URL looks like this:
    example.com/wiki/test-1/?action=history

You would need a bit of custom JS or jQuery to use the query string that is appended to the URL when viewing content under the wiki tabs.

If you are not comfortable coding stuff yourself, you could post your project to our jobs board or try someone like Tweaky.com where you might find a developer who could jump on it this minute.

Hope this helps! And thanks for being a member
