    Hello Long,

I hope you are well today.

Depending on your hosting environment and email service as well as the number of users/sites you are batch creating, you could have hit a limit on the number of emails that can be sent. Some email providers and hosts limit to so many emails per hour.

If you have access to a control panel such as cPanel/WHM, you can usually check your email queue there. Some providers do not have this.

Could you tell us a little more about your configuration?

    * Are you using an email account hosted on the server?

    * Are you able to access your mail queue to check to see if the emails are stuck in the queue?

    * Are you getting any errors in debug.log when you attempt to back create?

Please let us know so we can dig into this issue further for you.

    Best regards,

    James Morris

    Hello Long,

I hope you are well today.

Unfortunately, there’s no configuration or templates in Batch Create to change the emails. The emails are controlled by the native WordPress core. To modify those would require modifying WordPress core functions.

Let us know if you have any further questions. We’ll be happy to help!

    Best regards,
