Hi,

With wp_debug enabled, seeing the following errors … any feedback appreciated:

Strict Standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class Wdca_PublicPages in /home/alpinesc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-ads/lib/class_wdca_public_pages.php on line 13

Strict Standards: Non-static method Wdca_PublicPages::serve() should not be called statically in /home/alpinesc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-ads/custom-ads.php on line 79

    Hi @trace,

    These are due to the version of PHP you are using and that you have strict standard notifications enabled.

    You can safely ignore these for now & they will be fixed in a future update, however at this time we have to make sure the plugins are compatible with older versions of PHP as that is what wordpress supports too, so it’s not always as simple to fix for later PHP versions and keep the backwards compatibility with older PHP versions if you understand me :slight_smile:

    You can try disabling strict notifications in your theme functions.php, though it’s not always guaranteed to work for all plugins and notices.

    Just add the following line to your theme functions.php

    if (WP_DEBUG && WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY) {
    ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL & ~E_STRICT & ~E_DEPRECATED);
    }

    Hope this helps
