Woo Commerce grouped products titles issue

Hello WPMU DEV,

We have an issue with our WooCommerce Grouped Products.

Here is the shop: https://www.agsgps.com/supplies/

On here, you will see that Grouped Products have a “View Products” button while Simple Products have an “Add To Cart” button.

THE ISSUE: Grouped products are pulling the group title instead of their own individual titles.

E.g. the very first product “CONSTRUCTION / SURVEY PAINT – CANS” https://www.agsgps.com/product/constructionsurvey-pain-can/

Only when you add any of those to cart will you see the actual title.

– FYI, we had it all working smoothly before – cant tell what exactly happened.

– We did de/re-activate the plugins – that didn’t fix it.

– We are using the most recently updated theme – 11.1.

– Earlier on, we had implemented this fix: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/14982 – which didn’t work either.

Thanks for the help!!!

    Hello Jeremiah,

I hope you are well today.

I moved this ticket into the General WordPress section as this doesn’t relate to any of our plugins and themes.

I logged into your site and took a look around for a while to see if I could come up with a quick solution for you, but I’m afraid this seems to be related to the theme author’s methods for calling the product title. Unfortunately, I was not able to load the appropriate file in your theme edit page to see if I could find a workaround for you.

Have you tried contacting the theme developer to ask them if they have a workaround for this issue? https://qode.ticksy.com/

    Best regards,

    James Morris

    Hi Jeremiah,

Thanks for contacting us and I hope that you are having a beautiful day!

I have tried to replicate the issue in my end but couldn’t. Could you please send us your details through our contact form so I can try to investigate this further on your side,

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question using this template:

    Subject: “Attn: Sohag”

    -WordPress admin username

    -WordPress admin password

    -login url

    -ftp credentials (host/username/password)

-link back to this thread for reference

    -any other relevant urls

Select “I have a different question” for your topic – this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me

Please DO NOT post the credentials here as this is a public forum, also would you mind me doing some basic troubleshooting such as temporary deactivating all plugins?

Please let me know when you do so.

    Cheers,

    Sohag
