wordpress error on multisite enable

Hi

I have installed wordpress in my server it works but when i turn on multisite it get an error

Hi @bmoore9351,

When setting up Multisite, did you add the appropriate statements to your wp-config.php file? Also, did you add the htaccess entries?

The wp-config.php entries would look something like this:
```
define('MULTISITE', true);

define('SUBDOMAIN_INSTALL', false);

$base = '/';

define('DOMAIN_CURRENT_SITE', 'example.com');

define('PATH_CURRENT_SITE', '/');

define('SITE_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);

define('BLOG_ID_CURRENT_SITE', 1);
```
