Wordpress Plugin Fatal Error

Upon activating the plugins, a recurring fatal error has appeared.

I cannot even deactivate the plugin or clear cache. The site is non-responsive.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Google_Client::setLogger() in /home/content/a2pnexwpnas02_data03/72/3366872/html/wp-content/plugins/appointments/includes/gcal/class-app-gcal-api-manager.php on line 58

Please advise.

Thank you.

    Hello Cam,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

In case you're not able to deactivate the plugin because the site becomes unresponsive, please follow these steps:

    - access your site install via FTP (your server)
    - go to "/wp-content/plugins" folder
    - rename "appointments" folder to e.g. "appointments.off"
    - login to your site's dashboard again

This should disable the Appointments+ plugin and "unblock" the site. The error itself is most likely cause by the plugin conflict so once you unblock the site please follow the procedure described on a flowchart in this article (you may need to scroll the page down a bit):

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

This should reveal what's causing the conflict and I would then take it from there.

    Best regards,
    Adam
