WP 3.8 Breaks WPMU Dev Dashboard

The latest release of WordPress 3.8 breaks the CSS of the WPMU Dev Dashboard so that the content gets pushed down below the extent of the WordPress menu.

Its a known bug and its been fixed but for some reason @Aaron hasn't had a chance to push out the update. He's a busy guys so I hope you can understand. As a temporary fix please put this
