WP Admin is not loading jQuery

My WordPress Dashboard is looking strange and not functioning properly. In the browser console, there are a couple of errors regarding jQuery not defined. Can you please help me fix it?

    Hi Dimitris.

    The website was suspended after going over storage limits

    We are back up this morning and the problems we looked at on Friday seem to have been resolved
