WP MULTISITE FOR SEVERAL DOMAINS ON WEBSERVERS

Hello,

I want to create a multi site network but keeping the same content with different urls.

For example:

- Primary domain: domain01.com
- domai02.com -> point to domain01.com ( keeping the client URL ).
- domai03.com -> point to domain01.com ( keeping the client URL ).
- domai04.com -> point to domain01.com ( keeping the client URL ).

1 - What option I need to active in Domain Mapping Plugin to keep the Client URL ?
I set up "Disabled and entered domain should be used" and it's not working.

2 - How I avoid the domain redirect to the primary domain ? Just keep the URL.

Thanks.
Regards,
Eduardo Estevez.

    Hey Shane,

    Hope you are doing good today. :slight_smile:

    I want to create a multi site network but keeping the same content with different urls.

    You can enable the option to map multiple domains, under network admin, in Settings > Domain Mapping > Allow multiple mappings per site.

    Once done, you can map multiple domains for the same subsite, under subsite dashboard, in Tools > Domain Mapping . So that you can map domai02.com, domai03.com to domain01.com

    1 - What option I need to active in Domain Mapping Plugin to keep the Client URL ?
    I set up "Disabled and entered domain should be used" and it's not working.

    It should be Directed to mapped (primary) domain, could you please check that, and see whether it works.

    2 - How I avoid the domain redirect to the primary domain ? Just keep the URL.

    Not sure whether I understand you here, did you mean the primary site in your Multisite? Could you please explain further. You cannot map your primary site in a multisite environment.

    Is the issue only related to mapping multiple domains, or domain mapping is not working at all? Do you have any successfully mapped domains, if not, please follow the plugin usage guide on how to configure the plugin:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/domain-mapping/#product-usage

    If you still have issues, please enable support access so that we could give a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    Please let us know once you enable access, so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice weekend. :slight_smile:

    Kind Regards,
