How can I create a support ticket that is PRIVATE and "not public??" I saw another post (at https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/provide-an-option-to-open-a-ticket-marked-as-private) that asked about this (a year ago), yet when I just created a ticket it says at the bottom that "your ticket will be publicly available." There should be a way to submit a support ticket that is private. Can you tell me more about this and how I can (or should) go about submitting a support ticket that is private? Let me know.
