[WP Smush Pro] Smush Pro update

After updating smush pro, the smush dashboard now appears without any images or CSS, just text, check boxes and buttons? I had tested previously in my staging site and it comes up fine.

    Hello there Giovanni Morina,

hope you're doing good and thanks for reaching us!

I haven't experienced anything like that in my testing websites, could you please grant temporary support access via WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin? No need to share any WP admin credentials. Just navigate in WP admin area under WPMU DEV -> Support page and click on the "grant support access" button. You can find detailed information about it here: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5
Please do reply back here when access is granted because we don't get any notifications about it.

Prior to that, and as this is a staging website, can you try to grab a backup and try to deactivate all other plugins apart from WP Smush and WPMUDEV Dashboard, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen and check Smush settings page again?
If it works well, then something should be triggering this conflict, so activate the remaining plugins and theme one by one this time, checking each time the Smush page, until you reproduce the error, thus finding the conflicted combination.
The following flow chart image may help you track this down:

    Looking forward for your results!
    Thank you,
    Dimitris

The staging website is working as it should, its the live site that is having the issue. This is unusual as the staging website is an exact duplicate. The only reason I updated smush pro on the live site is because it worked well on my test staging site after updating. I'm hesitant to start deactivating plugins on my live site as this is a busy time of year and will disrupt business...
I'll create a new staging site and see if the issue duplicates.

    Hello Giovanni Morina

    That makes total sense!
Can you try to re-sync staging site with live, just in case the error is visible in staging?

If this isn't possible, can you please grant support access for the live installation? I won't make any changes at all, neither deactivate anything, just to check console log for any errors, whilst in Smush settings page.
