WP Smush still working after an hour with no progress

Hi guys,
I see that my Smush bar says"134 of 544 total attachments have been smushed", so I click on "Bulk Smush Now" and the trackwheel continues to rotate but...I can't see any progress even after an hour :slight_frown: what could I do? Thank you so much!

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    It did not smushed a single image from an hour ? Do you know at what image its is stuck at. Some times there can be issue with specific images, specially when they resized by WordPress and can be fixed by regenerating thumbnails using a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails.

    If the issue is still there, then would you mind granting support staff access so I can take a closer look. To grant support staff access go to WPMUDEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access or see this manual.

    Hi Sajid,
    thank you so much for your king repaly^ I tried to install "regenerate-thumbnails" plugin but nothing changed:disappointed:
    So I activated the support Access on my site :slight_smile:
    I can't smush singol images, whatever they are , and I can't smush a group of images neither.

    Thank you for granting access!

    While I was troubleshooting I saw an error on developer sonsole:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'error_msg' of undefined

    Would you please enable debugging, paste the following line in the wp-config.php file:
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    Once you enable it try to bulk smush the images again.

    Post here the error you'll se.

    Thank you for sending your credentials. After some troubleshooting I found out that this is a conflict with a Visual Composer plugin.

    The Visual composer it's a premium plugin, would you please send it to us, so the developer would be able to fix this issue?

    I could not download the Visual Composer plugin because of the Envato security system. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the website request a passcode that was sent to your mail.

    Would you please download the plugin and send it directly to our email?

    Thank you for sending the Visula Composer plugin!

    I've tested the latest version of Visual Composer along with WP Smush Pro on the WordPress 4.4.1 installation and the WP Smush is working without an issue.
    I notice that your WordPress version is 4.3.2 and Visual Composer is 4.9.1. The one you sent me is 4.9.2. Please update the plugin and your Wordpress installation and test to bulk smush images again.
