WPMU DEV Dashboard connectivity question

We are managing our WPMUDEV account on behalf of a client. The website is http://www.mnhpc.org. Do you have any usage statistics available for the websites usage of the account/access between the site and the account?

The client has made some changes and we are trying to determine if the client site is still using account features and/or if the client's site is still connected to the WPMU DEV Dashboard licensed through this account or if they are connecting through a different account.

Thanks for you assistance.

    Hello Evolve,

I hope you are well today. Thank you for your question.

According to our information, the WPMU DEV account is still active and all installed DEV plugins are still connected, though the DEV Dashboard plugin is quite out of date. All other DEV plugins are up to date. I recommend updating the DEV dashboard to ensure you are getting all the features and security fixes that are available. Our records show their site was last detected 2016-10-11.

Let me know if you have any further questions. I'll be happy to help!

    Best regards,

    Thanks James.

This client is transitioning away from us as a service provider, so I anticipate them reaching out to WPMUDEV directly to establish their own account and licensing. Is it difficult to transition their active services to another license within a separate account or transfer a specific license to another account?

We are not going to release this account as we will continue to use the account with other clients and projects. But we do want to help them transition if we can.

Please do not allow any password resets or access changes through any means other than the existing methods using the email associated with the account.

    Hello Evolve,

I hope you are well today.

We can absolutely help you with this. Please follow these steps to move them to their own account:

    * Log into their site and log them out of WPMU DEV dashboard. You may want to remove the plugin for good measure.
    * Go into your hub here on WPMU DEV https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/ and remove the site from your account.
    * Go to our Contact page https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/ and contact billing and request that they release the domain from our system.
    * Have your client register for their own DEV account.
    * Reinstall the DEV Dashboard on the client's site and login using their account details.

I hope that clarifies things a bit. Let me know if you have any further questions. I'll be happy to help!

    Best regards,
