Dashboard won't load correctly, and links don't activate properly.

    Hi Wendy,

    It seems like support access to your website wasn’t enabled at the moment. In general, such issues could happen if there is a plugin conflict or a custom rules in .htaccess causing such anomaly.

    Since I don’t see you mention about performing a plugin conflict test, could you please run a quick plugin/theme conflict test as illustrated in getting support manual (flowchart), and rule out whether any plugin is causing this issue.

    If that doesn’t seem to make any difference, please make sure whether the following rules are present inside the .htaccess file:

    # BEGIN WordPress

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

    # END WordPress

    If not, there are more custom rules, temporarily switch to the above rules, and then check whether it makes any difference. Please do let us know how that goes so that we could give a closer look if needed.
