[WPMU DEV Dashboard] My unlimited WPMU DEV account still asks for me to upgrade

My unlimited WPMU DEV account still asks for me to upgrade when I try and update my plugins. I need to update them across all three of my websites and it isn't acknowledging that I have paid for an unlimited account.

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    I understand that the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin is installed, enabled and logged in to your current account on all the sites in question, correct? Just making sure :slight_smile:

    From what I can see, the payment has been processed just today, not so long ago, and sometimes it might take a while for the plugin to get updated information (by "while" I mean of just a couple of hours). I think it would be best to wait up to 3-4 hours more, then clear all caches on sites and try again. If that still says that upgrade is required, try logging out and logging back the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin and then check again and I think it should be fine.

    If that still doesn't work then, let me know please and we'll find out what's going on.
