We have installed and purchased the plugging a month ago, without being able to integrate it to our platform.
As we are located in Vietnam, the time is different and the time between each questions answers is several days. However the situation still has not improved.
We would like to contact someone from you team who can assist us on the phone, in order to save time and effort, and finally have the plugging working.
