WPSmushPro/Hummingbird - Not Generating Performance Report

Hello Wpmudev,

I installed following plugins today: WPSmushPro & Hummingbird. Hummingbird was working well (it recommended I run WPSmushPro), then after I ran WPSmushPro and optimized our images Hummingbird is not able to complete the performance test

Any idea what might be happening here? We are live and not local

    I hope you are well today. Thank you for your question.

    Since you are on a live site, you're probably not wanting to perform a plugin/theme conflict test. Can you clone your site over to a test version where you can perform such a check? You could use the Snapshot plugin to do a migration to your test site, then see if you can reproduce the issue there. If you can, you can then do a plugin/theme conflict test by doing the steps outlined in the following article. https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    If this is not a possibility, could you enable Support Staff Login and WP_DEBUG and provide us with an output of the debug.log file? To enable WP_DEBUG, change the following line in your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    To this:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
