xprofile fields drag and drop malfunctioning

I've been using the plugin xprofile fields with much success for the past month. For some reason today I noticed that I can't drag fields to change the order of the fields anymore. In fact, all field groups are showing on one page rather than tabs. The tabs are there but they just hyperlink down to the area where the fields are listed on the one page.

Any clues?

Hey there @amit_misra, I hope you're well today!

There could be a number of reasons that I can think of for this issue...

Did you or anyone else perform any updates on that site recently? Perhaps changed a theme? It sounds like a javascript conflict, so this is what I would suggest you do:

Open up the page that has this issue using Chrome.
Press Ctrl+Shift+I on your browser to bring up the developer tools.
Are there any red marks on the bottom right corner? (they would look something like the screenshot I'm attaching).
If the answer to the above question is yes, then click on them to see the errors.

You can copy-paste them here or simply upload a screenshot so that we may take a look at them.

    Awaiting your reply,
    Ari.

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

That indicates that a script requiring jQuery loads BEFORE jQuery is loaded!

I would suggest that you try deactivating all secondary plugins one-by-one until you find the one that causes your issue.

Once you find it, re-activate them all but that one.
    Does that solve your issue?
If yes, then please let us know which plugin it is so that we can find a way to fix it for you.

    Cheers,
