When trying to submit a ticket:
I get this error:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
I did add an additional role to my site and its only that role for a new user that has the issue.
When I first added the role I added capabilities for:
Not sure if those are for the support plugin but it worked up until this recent account and I just updated support to the latest version.
Any tips on how to troubleshoot this? I will enable support access.
Everyone with the administrator role still can access the support tickets.
