Just a suggestion to help ease your workload and get us clients answers faster. If you had an faq wiki for each plugin it would probably reduce the amount of questions you get, I'm sure a lot get repeated. The Usage pages for the plugins are helpful on setup but after that it's all guesswork. I search the forums sometimes but the results are not always easy to sift through, the answers are hard to find without opening each thread and reading the whole conversation.
Anyways, just a thought. I enjoy the friendly service either way.
