Your Pro Site status has expired!


This is the second time this is happening and its extremely frustrating and not the kind of service I want to provide to my customers.

My customer just got a notification of her site expiry whilst her payment is current.

I have manually updated her status so she can access her site

Here was the dashboard info of the customer:

Here is the Stripe customer info:

It doesn't look to me like it matches up.

I have turned on support access should it be needed.
