    Hello ben According to our hosting team, your site is taking too many resources sometimes. Please clean all inactive plugins. Also, would you please try the following plugin to check which is creating higher queries? https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/ This plugin is not 100% reliable though, but it can give a close idea.     Hello cloudCreative Would you please enable debug mode? To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); to define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true ); Now try to connect again using the plugin method. That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file and find the latest errors. Please send me those. Cheers, Ash
