Kasia Swiderska commented on Pro Sites levels are not showingMar 28, 2017
Hello josenildo, No, it does not - transactions should be shown there. Would you mind allowing support access so we can have a closer look at this? To enable support access you can follow this guide here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/ If possible please also run a quick plugin/theme conflict test as illustrated in getting support manual (flowchart). Let me know how it goes. http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/ kind regards, Kasia

Hello BW, Have you tried what was proposed here, https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/twitterdescription-contains-shortcode#post-1231299 in your previous thread? If you have more questions about the same issue please follow up in original thread. kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on WP LayerSlider pluginMar 28, 2017
Hello Alastair, I'm checking that test page and I can see working slider. Have you managed to make it working? On home page it is not working because you put it in the code element. Code element does not interpret shortcodes. You have to use text element or widget element and select text one. Those elements will work with shortcodes. kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Drop down menu for - Are you reporting a ticket for a specific site?Mar 28, 2017
Hello , Is the drop down menu being populated by the Memberships plugin, or is it pulling the associated website from the user profile? No, those sites are sites that user has account on. So admins of any of sites in your network will see their sites there. You as super admin will see lot more of those sites. They are not related to user profiles and not controlled by Membership 2 in any way. Changing how the dropdown works would require rewriting it in plugin and that would be quite big change. To hide it you can check this solution https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/how-to-remove-are-you-reporting-a-ticket-for-a-specific-site-from-support-plugin#post-869282 Also please check this thread on how to add custom fields to that submit form https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/add-custom-fields-to-the-support-system-support-ticket-form#post-1115830 kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Lastest Blog Posts Not Being Seen As The LastestMar 28, 2017
Hello Greg, Support access is not open so I'm not able to check why your blog is not showing blogs posts. 3. When scheduling posts, they always miss the scheduled post and I have to manually post it? You would want to switch to real cron, because WP cron is not reliable for that. That is quite common problem for WordPress sites https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/setup-cron-job.htm http://support.hostgator.com/articles/how-to-replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job 4. Also, the categories are not showing up on when logged out but do when logged in as well I checked your site as visitor and I could access categories without problem - they show up under posts, archive pages are also showing posts. Where do they now show up specifically? kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Membership Pro and Coursepress integrationMar 28, 2017
Hello Marielle, You have to protect your course with membership. To do that you will need to enable "Individual Custom Posts" add-on in Membership 2 [attachment=1237257,112466] Then in Protection rules you will have new tab Custom Post Type Items and there you can protect your course from non-members. But that course need to be free - so only payments is done on Membership 2 side - not in MarketPress. kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Site Hacked Need File Verification if possibleMar 28, 2017
Hello NakeviaDesigns, Those files are not part of the latest version of those plugins. I checked on fresh installation and any of those files is not in path you showed. If plugins you have are in latest version and those files are there, then they are malicious and should not be there. kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Can't switch the plugin back out of the footerMar 28, 2017
Hello Bevan, I tested few options and I that 500 internal server error haven't show anymore, but there is still problem with that one file. Even its not combined and minified its not showing in right place. I tested this on my site and I could not replicate the same issue. Please run a quick plugin conflict test as illustrated in getting support manual (flowchart). Let me know how it goes. http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/ kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on Duplicate content and blog content.Mar 28, 2017
Hello Greg, There seems to be duplicate content issues on the IDX search pages - and I need to know about making those pages 'no-follow'? What type of issue you have on your search pages? no-follow is used for links not pages, so I'm not sure what you want to achieve here. I also read that the blog posts come up in 4 or 5 different places on the site, which could create duplicate content. I understood that there was a WP setting that can help eliminate this problem? I think you mean "canonical url" - you can setup this for pages and posts with SmartCrawl plugin. In SmartCrawl options on edit screen there is place for canonical url https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/smartcrawl-wordpress-seo/ [attachment=1237232,112461] As for the duplicated content I found those great articles that are worth checking https://blog.kissmetrics.com/myths-about-duplicate-content/ http://www.hobo-web.co.uk/duplicate-content-problems/ kind regards, Kasia
Kasia Swiderska commented on How to move only a single page?Mar 28, 2017
Hello Blake, You still need to move all the components (theme, plugins, database, files) of the site, especially if you done theme customization and plugins are also present in someway on home page. You can then delete all other pages + posts (but what if there is post list on home page?), but what VC Nickels suggests will be less messy solution I think. kind regards, Kasia
