Hi Paul, As a suggestion it helps when the solution is posted as well. For example instead of I deactivated the Rogue plugin, Possibly list the name of the rogue plugin. Glad that you were able to get the issue fixed.

For those who had hosted with Joe Anderson who recently passed away, or if your not happy with your current hosting. I highly recommend Spectrohost.com Email [email protected] atten Andre and tell him Dean had sent you and he will put you high on the priority list as Joe's servers are shutting down I believe within the week. For those who knew Joe personally he really knew how to set up a server and keep his clients secure, up and running and always went above and beyond for his clients. I've discovered Andre has the same principles and while no one can replace Joe, Andre is about as close as I'll find. To top it all off after researching and actually trying several of the hosting companies listed above, since April 1st when I found out about Joe's passing not one of the companies could get my sites properly migrated. Andre took a lot more time to not only find the problem for the migration, he solved it, migrated ALL of my sites and then explained what I had done wrong and how to prevent making the same mistakes in the future. Again he's not Joe, but reminds me so much of Joe when I first started hosting with him so many years ago.

I've reloaded and updated the dashboard and it appears that the support access should be active at this time.

@Bojan it should be authorized now. the kausvideo.com site actually shows how long you have access for and the button to authorize access was blue. on the dmksingle.com site the button was grey and the dashboard looked a bit different. when i clicked to allow access their was a green box at the top tha tsaid my changes had been made. so noot sure if that access is working.
