Thank you for the swift response! Truly appreciate it.
I haven't had time to bug pop up pro yet, but I did download hustle pro and it is definitely much more versatile than pop up pro.
That said, I am experiencing a small issue with it.
I've added in some HTML code into the text tab of the hustle pro plug in. The HTML is a survey from infusionsoft.
When the pop up appears on the home page of my site (which you can check out at www.art2life.com), the 5 options that are in the survey appear condensed and jumbled, as opposed to arranged in a nice row.
I've attached a screenshot illustrating what I am referring to. Do you have any idea why this may be happening?
I look forward to any light you can shine on this issue. Thank you for your help.
Thanks again for your help. Let's just look at the popup on the homepage of our website www.art2life.com
From the backend of the website > Dashboard > Popup > Popups > "Sign Up for my Blog and Newsletter" (the 2nd with the green check mark, click it) > Edit Popup
In the Main Popup Content box (where the popup artwork is) do you see the tiny little icon in the upper left? It looks like a little film strip icon. If you hover over it, it says <script>. Do you think that could be the issue? I tried to attach a screenshot.
I've asked my colleague who also works on the backend of the website, but he doesn't recall or know what that <script> icon is, it was created a long time ago.
PS, we are not developers, we don't write script or code (except a little HTML) -- any help in plain English is appreciated!
Thank you - we've granted support access. Please note that we have (2) websites exhibiting the same Popup issue. We've granted support access to both websites.
Thanks very much!
BTW, we also have another WP site, also using Divi. It has the same Popup Pro problem. Exact same settings. I tried the above method on our other site, but it did not work there either.
If you'd like screen shots or anything about our settings, I'm happy to send them.
Nope, that did not work. I followed your instructions, saved the page, double-checked, tried repeatedly. The popup will not go away. It appears every single time I go to our homepage. I do not have any ad blocking or plugins on my own web pages. Got any other ideas?
