Hello Aleisha, From your description it sounds like there might be a plugin conflict as WP-Smush wouldn't have smushed your Instagram photos as that's offsite content and not editable by your site. While you wait for a staff member to intervene try and give some these instructions a go, there's a helpful flowchart to aid you too. Hello Droughan, Have you installed the Dashboard Plugin? If you haven't you'll need to do this, as soon as you've installed it and logged in through the Dashboard your site will sync up.
