I like to finish the work started. I like open source software, I like Linux. I maintain daily 5 Linux servers I like Wordpress and WPMU DEV. I am particularly comfortable with Wordpress I practice since version 2.0. (I'm not young anymore...) I also work on WHMCS installation which I own for my needs. I have a micro company full of enthusiastic developers (all champions in their field: HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.) they will be there to help me if I have a problem that I am not able to solve (it happens .. .). I do translation from English to French when I have free time.

First of all thank you for the modified plugin. I have already test it. Unfortunately I was stuck on the same problem as you: - I can actually display the entire list of Wordpress users when I want to attribute ticket or support category. - The choice of a member other than an administrator (in the allocation of a ticket for example) is now allowed (GOOD): https://pix.debian-fr.xyz/upload/original/1495202871.png - BUT is not recorded into the database when I click "Save Change" (BAD): https://pix.debian-fr.xyz/upload/original/1495202964.png I'm not sure if I'm clear enought... So why do the WPMU developers of the "Support System" plugin force support managers to be administrators? Does this make sense? No! So I ask that the "Support System" plugin be modified and allow the site administrator to choose users without super powers to answer support questions ...
