I checked your error log file and found few warnings being generated which are, Immediate hook misfired, kickstart backup processing and to get more information about this, I would need to ping our developers but before I do that, i would need below information from your side, so please provide me below requested information and I'll ping our developer. #1) Your hosting provider #2) Server's location ( This is not too much important but it would be good if we have it for our developer. If you are not sure about this, you could ask to your hosting provider about this. :) #3) RAM and Processor information. Hello vert , Hope you are doing well today and won't mind me chiming here. :) I checked your site and was able to replicate issue, but I can't replicate this on my installation. One thing I noticed in your Appointments+'s configuration is that, you have not created any service provider for your services. Please note that Appointments+ at least needs one service provider ( he/she could be dummy if you want ) to function properly. [attachment=1160349,101916] Although this is not quite obvious related but please do create one service provider and then try to create appointments and check. If it does not work even after creating service provider, please go ahead and enable debug mode for your site. To do that you would need to edit your site's wp-config.php file. So please #1) Open it and find this line define ( "WP_DEBUG", false ); and replace it with these lines define("WP_DEBUG", true ); define("WP_DEBUG_LOG", true ); define("WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY", false ); #2) Save the file. #3) Add new appointments. Check email to know if shows proper time or not. #4) If email content is not showing proper time, please go to /wp-content folder of your site and find there file named debug.log. Download it to your machine. Rename it as debug.txt and attach it in your next reply. I also did plugin conflict test on your site but it also didn't help. One more thing I noticed on your site is that you are using many outdated plugins ( plugins which require update ), its not quite similar but if you could update those and then test ? Hello Kelley I am really sorry but I missed one important key point here on which I want your attention to move. Actually this is not a bug but our Directory plugin includes copy of CustomPress plugin. Basically Directory is one custom post type in CustomPress plugin. That's why when you activate Directory plugin, CustomPress plugin is also gets automatically activated and then it initiates its custom post types. If you see CustomPress > Content Types, you'll see custom post type with slug as directory_listing. So conclusion is that, its not the bug but this is how two plugins are connected with each other. :) I am extermally sorry for inconvenience caused here. Hello Monique , Hope you are doing well today and thanks for asking us. :) I did load your site many times in my browsers and it seems to render icons without any issue. As you are using Hummingbird, it is possible that its minification is causing issue because when you enable minification it actually minifies and combines many of the js and css files and sometime this operation actually causes some troubles. So if you are still not able to see icons, you would need to check in this two context #1) Caching #2) Hummingbird Minification So let's try to work on Caching first. So if you have any type of caching enabled on your site ( server caching, some caching plugin ), please disable it for some time and then test if it helps you. :) If it does not help, please work on Hummingbird's minification setting, try to disable minification for plugins and themes one by one and evaluate its results, if it also does not help, go with file by file and identify culprit. Its very easy process, you just need to #1) Take snapshot of your one of subsite. More information is here. #2) Install Snapshot Pro on target site. #3) Activate it and then download taken snapshot and upload it to the new site's wp-content/uploads/snapshot folder. #4) Go to Snapshot > Import and click on "Import" button #5) Finally, go to Snapshot > All Snapshots and restore imported screenshot.
