Rodolfo commented on after restoring a backup with snapshot pro can not access the wp-adminJul 21, 2017I had the same issue just some minutes ago, what I notice is that my new wordpress install have another table_prefix, the restore "accepted" the new prefix but I was not able to enter to wp-admin, I just needed to change to the table_prefix in my database to the one that the backup have originally and update the wp-config file with the old prefix.

Rodolfo commented on Uptime Monitor giveNov 15, 2016I didn't do anything to my server, but its look like that is starting to work again. This morning my hub start to shows that my site is online (always has been) and the ping results start to show the correct response time. I will close this ticket and let you know if I had any other problem, thanks a lot.
