Rupok commented on Snapshots are not importing - Manifest data errorApr 30, 2017
Hi Greg, So sorry to hear the inconvenience you are having :( Previously we have found some users with the same problem when they created snapshots with description. Did you try creating a snapshot without adding any description to it and then restore? I'm really sorry if I'm missing anything here. Please pardon me and update. Moreover, I can see that both of your snapshots in your source site is saved in Amazon. Can you please try saving them on your web server just to make sure if Amazon is not changing anything in the backup file? After saving the backup file on your web server, try to restore it again. Please let us know the result of these. If nothing above help, we will be glad to investigate further. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible. Have a nice day. Cheers! Rupok

Hi Evan, I've already reported this to our developers as a confirmed bug. I believe, they will come up with a fix very soon. We will update you here as soon as we get anything from them. Please keep in mind, our developers work around the clock and they have to deal with lots of critical issues and other things. So it may take a little while for them to check this and release a fix. I will appreciate your patience. Have a nice day. Cheers! Rupok

Hi adam, So sorry for the delay. I can't see Support Access granted for any of your sites. Did you grant access before? I'm afraid, it expired then. As I requested before, please confirm here with a reply that you have granted Support Access. We will start investigating it as soon as you confirm. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible. Have a nice day. Cheers! Rupok

Hi Brandon, So sorry for the delay from our end. I could tell you better about the issue if I could see it live, check your current configuration and make some tests on your site. So, would you mind allowing Support Access as Nithin requested above so we can have a closer look at this? To enable support access you can follow this guide here: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/ Please confirm here when you are done granting Support Access. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible. Have a nice day. Cheers! Rupok
Rupok commented on PRO SITES EMAIL CONFIRMATION DOES NOT CONTAIN KEY ACTIVATIONApr 27, 2017
Hi akmanda, So sorry to hear the inconvenience you are having. I created a test user on your site as your Pro Sites configuration currently asks user to be logged in first to upgrade their site. Then I created a test subsite and assigned my user to that site. After that, I logged in with that newly created user and tried to upgrade the test subsite I created, when I selected another level, it gave me option for manual payment only. I clicked on that, but I didn't receive any emails as the will require manual approval and I don't think currently your setup doesn't require user to activate their blog by clicking any link. Am I missing anything? If you set this up to handle the current issue, then we need to change your Pro Sites setup so we can see the issue live. But if changing your current network setup is not affordable to you, can you please create a clone of your network anywhere else so we can troubleshoot the issue there and try to fix this as soon as possible? You can create a clone of your entire network with the Managed Backup feature of our Snapshot plugin. Please let us know what you think about this. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible. Have a nice day. Cheers! Rupok
