I just deactivated all plugins except for pro-sites just to be able to say I did what you said and same result, nada. Please try not to give blanket answers like "reboot your computer". Clearly the issue is another. Clearly there is a conflict between the output of the plugin and the theme. No other plugins are intervening, its only this one. So, HOW can I figure out what is conflicting? CSS? JS?
I had memory errors on the 17th of sep but as you can see, there are not anymore, we are at the 3rd of Oct. The memory is fine and so are the plugins, the problem is with the theme because if I enable twenty sixteen it works. I contacted the author and they wash their hands saying it's a problem with the plugin, so between you and them, you bounce me back and forth and I'm tired of this.
If you can help shed some light on what is wrong, and so I can try to fix it, that's great as you can see, I'm on the trial of wpmudev to see if I can set up the site. If I cannot, obviously I will not become a paid member, because the platform is not working for me. I'm sure you'll appreciate the candid and honest remark here. If a support team as great as wpmudev cannot figure out what is the obstacle for their plugin to work, then God help me, it is hopeless.
If you cannot help me, no worries, just let me know so I can look elsewhere and or look for a different solution or someone that knows...although if the authors of the plugin itself cannot even say, then I'm not sure where I'll find the help, really.
Thanks for your time so far.
