Hi, it looks like this is being addressed in the other thread and is being fixed with the next version. See https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/beehive-update-show-re-authentication-message/ It turns out the sub-sites are showing the analytics but are also showing the message stating they will need to re-authenticate. This is supposed to be fixed in the next update. -

Joel, I was able to test it out on one of our production sites. Yes, the sub-sites do show the new version of the analytics without them having to connect to Google Analytics. The re-authentication alert is still there in version 3.2.0. I'm glad the next version will fix that. I look forward to the update. I have reverted back to 3.1.72 for now so my clients do not see the message and get confused. Sylvia -

Joel, thank you for the reply. I'll have to test it on one of our production sites. I've reverted to the previous version to get it working again. I can try later this afternoon when it won't affect our users as much. I'll let you know. Do you know when the new version is due to be released? Sylvia -

I had to revert to the previous version on our production sites to get it working again for our users. In the previous version, I can connect the network (either through logging into Google Analytics or using the Google Analytics API) and then each subsite sees their own basic analytics in their dashboard. They can opt to add their own analytics code, but do not have to. This works perfectly on our large multisite. When we upgraded, it broke our connection to Google Analytics. I could add it back in by either logging into Google and giving permission or creating the API. However, each subsite still had the message that they needed to connect individually to see any analytics. This happened even after using the Google API method. This is the part that is different and does not work for us. We need it to be easy on them so they do not have to create their own Google Analytics accounts unless they want to have more granular data. I saw another thread where someone mentioned the same issue. https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/beehive-update-show-re-authentication-message/ -

I agree with @jetmac. The new version does not work well for Multisite. I have over 2700 sites. Having each admin have to login to Google to be able to see their own analytics will not work. I am reverting to the previous version which worked very well. Can you add back in the ability for subsites to be able to see their own statistics without having to add their own credentials? -

Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, we have two users who should have had access to Branda permissions. I'm the primary, but could no longer access it. My colleague still could and he was able to add me back in. -

Hi Dimitri, We did upgrade from 3.1.2 to 3.2 on Tuesday. I noticed it this morning when trying to update an admin message. My colleague still had access and was able to add me. I wasn't sure if there was a way to regain access if no one else is available. My account should be the primary. Sylvia
