Ok, so the plugin isn't just looking at the featured image, it's looking to see if there is an image in the body of the post/page? Ok.
Now I have another question about SmartCrawl. It's kicking back a 403 forbidden error on my homepage. I don't understand why? I can pull up my site just fine on a variety of browsers. What would cause this to be triggered in SmartCrawl Pro:
Here's the URL: https://toniswebdesign.com/
I also have issues where the plugin states the keyword has been used before but it hasn't. For example, let's say the site is about wallpaper hanging, wallpaper removal, and interior painting. Each of those services ARE the keywords for those specific pages. Then if I want to post an article about "New wallpaper" - the plugin tells me the keyword has been used before. But "new wallpaper" is a new keyword and I think the plugin is only looking at "wallpaper" and not the whole phrase.
Both of these happen on every single site I have the plugin installed on.
Well, it would be considered spammy if the keyword was in every title. Seriously, Yoast can pick up on the use in 1 heading...Just saying!
I also have where the Readability doesn't even trigger, which means I have to add the article to another site that has Yoast or use a readability checker. Obviously, if it's in SmartCrawl Pro - it should work and I should have to rely on another plugin or software to find out if it passes the Flesch-Kincaid readability scoring.
At the end of the day - I'm paying yearly for my membership and I use only the Dashboard, SmartCrawl Pro and the training videos...And if SmartCrawl Pro won't work, I really can't justify the cost of the membership.
Oh and one more thing - I have some posts where the readability check doesn't work either - it doesn't score it and leaves it at 0/100. It's on the tree care site - and I granted access to that one as well. Two blog posts there where the readability check isn't working and I don't know why.
