We had updated the plugin to the latest version and this problem persists.
There is a user Coferj84, the first and only real user that signed up for paid membership. The payment went through one time as it was supposed and shows on paypal. However there was something with IPN communication and it keeps retrying and keeps sending emails. I manually changed the status to paid because it would keep it in draft. But its still retrying to charge or something and sending email. In the history report it says that there are 17 times charges and shows a very large amount.
In addition, instead of one month subscription it subscribed for 2 months and same shows in paypal payment due on august 8th, instead of July 8th.
Something is really wrong with the plugin. Please help
Thank you for the reply. I removed the redirect to a custom thank you page at complete registration and the matter is resolved. Its strange that redirect was for another membership but it caused problems for All In One membership what was not related to that file. Anyway, everything goes to the same thank you page and no more blank pages. Thank you very much again.
The solution is from the support tickets of other people. I created a file m2-registration-complete-25062.php with redirect code for that membership.
I am granting a support access. Please take a look. The problem occur when a coupon is used for all in one membership. The name of the coupon is TEST100TEST.
